All plans are catered to what equipment you have available. Whether that's going to a gym, home workout and/or outdoor workout, we have a plan for you.
The winner will be selected based on a combination of transformation, consistency, and effort. We’ll look at progress photos, results tracking, and overall participation. This way it’s fair, and everyone has an equal chance to win no matter their starting point.

Results vary from person to person depending on starting point, nutrition, training, and consistency. But our goal & healthy progress is around 0.5–1kg of weight loss per week, or gradual muscle gain of 0.2–0.4kg per week. We strive for the best, healthiest & sustainable results.

The challenge is beginner friendly. Your plan will match your current fitness level and guide you step by step. Exercises come with instructions and video demonstrations, so you’ll always know what to do. As you progress, your plan can be adjusted to keep you challenged without feeling overwhelming.
